Zapple, a four-year-old dark bay or brown filly, was bred in the United States and is trained by Daniel Leitch. Sired by Ghostzapper and out of Miss Red Delicious, Zapple has achieved one victory in her career. Her most notable win came on July 17, 2022, at Ellis Park. Ridden by Gerardo Corrales, she triumphed in the $32,000 Maiden Special Weight race, besting Egoz Unit.
