Wanata is a 5-year-old bay filly from Germany, trained by P Decouz, who is located in France. She is the offspring of the stallion Sir Percy and the mare Wadia. Throughout her career, Wanata has achieved victory in one race. On April 10, 2023, at Angers, she was ridden by A Lemaitre and secured her biggest win to date, earning a prize in the $6,500 Bellaly Maiden Stakes by defeating Kingston Narcissus.
