Viddora
About
The high-quality sprinting mare was scheduled to compete in the Group I Robert Sangster Stakes at Morphettville racecourse on May 5, but was found to be lame on the morning of the race due to an overnight incident in her stable. Fortunately, reports indicate that there were no lasting effects, and Viddora is now being prepared for the Group I Goodwood (1200m) in Adelaide on May 19.
In the past year, Viddora has established herself as one of Australia’s top sprinters, achieving her first Group I win in the Winterbottom Stakes in Perth in December 2017. She later traveled to Queensland, where she secured victory in the $1 million Magic Millions Sprint in January.
