Vichyssoise

Vichyssoise is a 7-year-old grey/chestnut mare from New Zealand, trained by Stephanie Faulkner in Timaru. She is the offspring of the stallion Natural Destiny and the mare Beau Peep. Vichyssoise has not yet achieved maiden status, having failed to win any of her 5 races. In her latest race at Riccarton Park Synthetic on July 28, 2023, she was ridden by Yogesh Atchamah and came in 12th place, trailing behind the winner, Mumbo Jumbo.
