Vertical is a 6-year-old mare from the United Kingdom, trained by S J Humphrey, who operates out of West Wratting. She is the offspring of the stallion Al Kazeem and the mare Greenery. Vertical has not yet achieved maiden victory, having not won any of her 14 races. In her latest outing at Bangor-on-Dee on September 6, 2024, she was ridden by James Best and finished without placing, trailing the winner.
