Valiant Star

Valiant Star is a 7-year-old gelding from Ireland, trained by P J Rothwell, who operates out of Wicklow. He is the offspring of the stallion Hillstar and the mare Val Di Cecina. Valiant Star has not yet achieved a maiden victory, having finished without a win in three races. In his latest outing at Punchestown on May 23, 2023, Valiant Star, under the guidance of jockey J P O’Sullivan, did not place, finishing behind the victor Barry Lyndon.
