Umami

Umami is a two-year-old bay filly from France, trained by Y Barberot, who operates out of France. She is sired by the stallion Kodiac and her dam is Cry Baby. Umami has not yet achieved a maiden victory, having not won any races in her two attempts. In her latest race at Craon on September 1, 2024, she was ridden by D Provost and finished without placing, trailing behind the winner.
