Torrone

Torrone is a 4-year-old gelding from South Africa, under the training of Gavin Smith. He is the offspring of the stallion William Longsword and the mare Cup Cake. Torrone has not yet achieved maiden status, having failed to win in 7 races. In his latest outing at Fairview on January 9, 2024, Torrone, ridden by S. Khumalo, placed 7th, finishing behind the winner, Fire Chaser.
