Thunder Sun is a 6-year-old gelding from France, trained by D Shaw, who operates out of Sproxton. He is the offspring of the stallion Siyouni and the mare Bal De La Rose. Throughout his career, Thunder Sun has achieved one victory. On September 23, 2020, at Kempton, he was ridden by R L Moore and earned his most notable win to date, claiming the prize in the $6,300 Unibet Extra Place Offers Every Day EBF Novice Stakes (Div 2), where he triumphed over Cotai Bear.
