Tessuto is a 3-year-old dark bay or brown colt from the United States, trained by George Papaprodromou. He is the offspring of the stallion Munnings and the mare Cayman Croc. So far, Tessuto has won one race in his career. On February 26, 2024, at Santa Anita, he was ridden by Umberto Rispoli and achieved his most notable victory, winning the $41,275 Maiden Special Weight and besting Lake Superior.
