Spettro is a five-year-old gelding, bred in the United States and trained by Victor Barboza. He is the offspring of the stallion Ghostzapper and the mare Conga Bella. Spettro has won two races in his career, including a notable victory on July 9th, 2023, at Belmont Park. Ridden by Trevor McCarthy, Spettro won the $23,865 Claiming race, beating out Ghostlyprince.
