Southern Saviour is a 8-year-old dark bay/brown gelding from the United States, trained by Edward Schottroffe. He is the offspring of the stallion Mad Flatter and the mare Miami Hurricane. Southern Saviour has not yet achieved maiden victory, having lost all 7 of his races. In his latest race at Charles Town on May 13, 2023, he was ridden by Christian Hiraldo and finished out of the placings, trailing behind the winner, Excalibur.
