Sooty

Sooty is a 4-year-old gelding from South Africa, trained by Paul Reeves. He is the offspring of the stallion Pathfork and the mare Bois De Boulogne. So far in his career, Sooty has achieved one victory. On February 12, 2024, at Kenilworth, he was ridden by Devin Ashby and secured his most notable win to date, earning $60,826 in the Cape Racing Sales Open Maiden, where he triumphed over Ellorix.
