Sirius is a 5-year-old mare from France, trained by W P Mullins in Carlow. She is the offspring of the stallion Ectot and the mare Across The Sky. Throughout her career, Sirius has won three races. Her most notable victory came on July 30, 2024, at Galway, where she was ridden by D H Dunsdon and won the $66,000 Handicap, beating Baltic Bird. Sirius has proven to be a lucrative horse for bettors, as a backing throughout her career would have resulted in a 1567 percent return on investment.
