Shug's Rocket

Shug’s Rocket is a 3-year-old dark bay or brown gelding from the United States, trained by Casey Lambert. He is the offspring of the stallion Sporting Chance and the mare Rock Those Hips. Shug’s Rocket has not yet achieved a maiden victory, having raced seven times without a win. In his latest race at Sunland Park on March 30, 2024, he was ridden by Christian Ramos and secured a third-place finish, trailing behind the winner, Cash Follows Me.
