Shoot The Nickel is a 2-year-old dark bay or brown colt from the United States, trained by Chad Summers. He is the offspring of the stallion Violence and the mare C. S. Incharge. So far, Shoot The Nickel has not achieved maiden status, as he has not won any races in his single attempt. In his latest race at Saratoga on June 7, 2024, he was ridden by Dylan Davis and finished in 8th place, trailing the winner, Studlydoright.
