Shimmering

Shimmering is a 6-year-old bay mare from New Zealand, trained by Paul Gordon, who operates out of Te Aroha. She is the offspring of the stallion Telperion and the mare Platinum Monarch. Shimmering has yet to achieve her first victory, with 28 races under her belt without a win. In her latest race at Tauranga on October 5, 2024, Shimmering, ridden by Sam Spratt, finished in 10th place, trailing the winner Myakkabelle.
