Shimai

Shimai is a three-year-old filly from Japan, trained by Sakae Kunieda. She is the offspring of the stallion Medaglia D’oro and the mare Lyrical Moment. Shimai has not yet achieved maiden status, having failed to win in her two races so far. In her latest outing at Fukushima on April 21, 2024, she was ridden by Manami Nagashima and finished in 14th place, trailing behind the winner.
