Secession

Secession is a 4-year-old dark bay or brown gelding from the United States, trained by Jose Rodriguez. He is the offspring of the stallion Mastery and the mare Secede. Throughout his career, Secession has won one race. On April 29, 2024, at Hawthorne, he was ridden by Alexis Centeno and achieved his biggest victory so far, claiming the $6,300 Maiden Claiming race by defeating Irish Coast.
