Scylla is a four-year-old bay filly from the United States, trained by William Mott. She is a progeny of the stallion Tapit and the mare Close Hatches. Scylla has achieved five career victories to date. On June 30, 2024, at Churchill Downs, with Javier Castellano as her jockey, Scylla secured her most notable victory by winning the $306,210 Fasig-Tipton Fleur De Lis Stakes - Grade 2, overcoming Shotgun Hottie.
