Sapristi is a 4-year-old bay filly from France, trained by N. Caullery, who operates in France. She is the offspring of the stallion Elusive City and the mare Mitzi Blue. Throughout her career, Sapristi has achieved victory in four races. On August 9, 2024, at Clairefontaine, she was ridden by R. Thomas and secured her most notable win to date, earning $11,000 in the Des Sources Handicap by defeating Mister Goken.
