So far, Santa Mariana has won one race in her career. Her most notable victory came on August 19, 2024, at Valparaiso Sporting Club, where jockey Ignacio Valdivia rode her to victory in the $1,530,895 Race 1 - Jaikai Stakes, beating Dona Pilo.
