Sankofa

Sankofa is a 5-year-old female horse from South Africa, trained by Kelly Mitchley. She is the offspring of the stallion Act Of War and the mare Espinado. So far, Sankofa has not achieved maiden victory, having participated in 12 races without a win. In her latest race at Fairview on May 31, 2024, Sankofa, ridden by Kaidan Brewer, finished in 13th place, trailing behind the winner.
