Safe Passage

Safe Passage is a six-year-old gelding racehorse bred in South Africa. Trained by M F De Kock, who is also based in South Africa, Safe Passage is the offspring of stallion Silvano and dam My Sanctuary.

This accomplished horse has won six races throughout its career. Its most notable victory came on May 28, 2022, at Greyville. Ridden by M Yeni, Safe Passage won the prestigious Daily News 2000 (Grade 1), a race for three-year-olds, with a purse of $592,852.00. It bested Pomp And Power to secure the win.
