Sabatini, a three-year-old bay filly from the United States, is trained by Josie Carroll. She is the offspring of the stallion Uncle Mo and the mare Gabriellestoblame. Sabatini has secured two race victories in her career thus far. Her most notable win occurred on June 29, 2024, at Woodbine, where she was ridden by Sofia Vives and triumphed in the $5,483 Selene Stakes - Grade 3, defeating Crevalle D’oro.
