Rouge Excel is a 4-year-old female horse from Japan, trained by Takayuki Yasuda. She is the offspring of the stallion Lord Kanaloa and the mare Excellent Design. Rouge Excel has not yet achieved a maiden victory, having failed to win in her two races so far. In her latest race at Kokura on August 19, 2023, she was ridden by Yuji Nakai and placed 14th, trailing the winner, Tenku Hat.
