Rising Risk is a 9-year-old bay gelding from New Zealand, trained by Gavin Opie, who is located in Te Aroha. He is the offspring of the stallion Ekraar and the mare Reward. Throughout his career, Rising Risk has achieved one victory. On December 9, 2022, at Tauranga, he was ridden by Niranjan S Parmar and secured his most notable win to date, earning the prize in the $14,000 Rob Pinny Realtycom Maiden, beating Blue Sky At Night.
