Redzel is regarded as one of Australia’s top sprinters, trained by Peter and Paul Snowden. As the offspring of the champion stallion Snitzel, he has amassed over $8.2 million in prize money, largely thanks to his notable victory in the first-ever The Everest, the richest turf race in the world, held last October at Randwick over a distance of 1200 meters.
This gelding creates his own opportunities by racing prominently and has the capacity to handle intense pressure in the early stages of his races while still being able to accelerate towards the finish. This advantageous racing style has led to an impressive winning record of 13 wins out of 26 races.
