Three-year-old gelding Red Spark, trained by Wendy Whitehead in South Africa, is the son of Red Ray and Wish For Wisdom. Despite six races, Red Spark has yet to win. In his last outing at Scottsville on April 9th, 2023, ridden by Tristan Godden, he finished ninth behind winner Radicchio.
