Rare Coin is a 5-year-old gelding from the United States, trained by Bernadette Barrios. He is the offspring of the stallion Marking and the mare Wage A Penny. Throughout his career, Rare Coin has achieved one victory. On June 16, 2023, at Ruidoso Downs, he was ridden by Christian Ramos and secured his most notable win to date in the $8,712 Maiden Claiming race, beating Simply Elementary.
