Rakhmet

Rakhmet is a 4-year-old brown gelding from New Zealand, trained by Steven Woodsford, who operates out of Rangiora. He is the offspring of the stallion Sacred Falls and the mare Zhanim. Rakhmet has not yet achieved a victory, having raced four times without winning. In his latest race at Riccarton Park Synthetic on August 29, 2024, he was ridden by Akshay Balloo and came in 6th place, trailing the winner, Speedrun.
