Rags Special is a 3-year-old colt from the United States, trained by Frank Regalbuto. He is the offspring of the stallion Union Rags and the mare Internal Affair. Rags Special has not yet achieved maiden victory, having competed in 12 races without a win. In his latest outing at Gulfstream on September 29, 2024, he was ridden by Jesus Rios but did not place, finishing behind the winner.
