Ragamuffin is a 6-year-old bay gelding from New Zealand, trained by Robbie Patterson in New Plymouth. He is the offspring of the stallion Belardo and the mare Short Tale. Throughout his career, Ragamuffin has achieved victory in 3 races. His most notable win occurred on April 21, 2024, at Hawera, where he was ridden by Craig Grylls and triumphed in the $17,000 Restricted 60 Handicap, beating Asterial.
