Purple Mountain is a 3-year-old filly from the United States, trained by Blaine Wright. She is the offspring of the stallion Upstart and the mare Red Hot Bullet. So far, Purple Mountain has not achieved maiden status, with no victories in her 6 races. In her latest outing at Golden Gate Fields on June 3, 2024, she was ridden by Francisco Duran and secured a 3rd place finish, trailing the winner.
