Protest is a two-year-old chestnut filly from the United Kingdom, trained by R Varian in Newmarket. She is the offspring of the stallion Ulysses and the mare Plead. So far, Protest has secured one victory in her racing career. On October 4, 2024, at Chelmsford City, she achieved her most notable win, with J Mitchell as the jockey, claiming victory in the $15,702 Juddmonte EBF Fillies’ Restricted Novice Stakes by defeating Mythical Bird.
