Profiterole is a 3-year-old filly from Japan, trained by Jun Fujikawa. She is the offspring of the stallion Pretiolas and the mare Della Sera. Throughout her career, Profiterole has achieved one victory. On March 6, 2024, at Kasamatsu, she was ridden by Tatsuya Watanabe and secured her most notable win to date, earning $481,950 by defeating Elba.
