Proclamation is a 4-year-old bay gelding from New Zealand, trained by Shankar Muniandy at Wingatui. He is the offspring of the stallion War Decree and the mare Saperavious. Proclamation has not yet achieved maiden victory, having attempted one race without a win. In his latest outing at Wingatui on September 8, 2024, Proclamation, ridden by Terry Moseley, placed 9th, finishing behind the winner, Missoni.
