Pivotal Fever is a 7-year-old gelding from the United States, trained by Isidro Tamayo. He is the offspring of the stallion Stormin Fever and the mare Yer Woman. Throughout his career, Pivotal Fever has won one race. On June 17, 2022, at Pleasanton, he was ridden by Pedro Terrero and achieved his biggest victory to date, earning a prize of $6,400 in a claiming race, where he triumphed over Dr. Hoffman.
