Piquant is a two-year-old dark bay or brown colt from the United States, trained by B. Cox. He is sired by Medaglia D’oro and his dam is Tasteful. Piquant has not yet achieved maiden status, as he has not won any of his two races. In his latest race at Churchill Downs on September 28, 2024, he was ridden by Tyler Gaffalione and finished without placing, trailing behind the winner.
