Parakeet

Parakeet is a 3-year-old gelding from Ireland, trained by Jennifer Young. He is the offspring of the stallion Fastnet Rock and the mare Dahlia’s Spirit. So far, Parakeet has not achieved a maiden victory, having competed in 8 races without winning. In his latest race at Gulfstream on August 3, 2024, Parakeet, ridden by Edgar Perez, finished in 8th place, trailing the winner, Chromotion.
