Outlaw Billy is a 3-year-old dark bay or brown colt from the United States, trained by John Carlisle. He is the offspring of the stallion Free Drop Billy and the mare Top Tiara. Throughout his career, Outlaw Billy has achieved one victory. On August 1, 2024, at Mountaineer Park, he was ridden by Marshall Mendez and secured his biggest win to date, earning $9,570 in the Maiden Special Weight race, where he triumphed over Fernando’s Gold.
