Northerner is a 3-year-old filly from Ireland, trained by B Ellison in Malton. She is the offspring of the stallion Profitable and the mare Beauty Pageant. Northerner has not yet achieved her first win, having finished 11th in her most recent race at Newcastle on November 2, 2024, where she was ridden by Ben Robinson, trailing behind the winner, Blue Force.
