Next Star is a 4-year-old gelding from the United States, trained by Alfredo Gomez. He is the offspring of the stallion Next Bandit and the mare Serenas Quick Dash. So far in his career, Next Star has achieved one victory. On November 3, 2023, at Zia Park, he was ridden by Alejandro Medellin and secured his most notable win to date, taking first place in the $16,335 Maiden Claiming race, surpassing Dragonfly Chaser.
