Moldy

Moldy is a 6-year-old bay gelding from New Zealand, trained by Gavin Opie at Te Aroha. He is the offspring of the stallion Wrote and the mare Manoristi. Moldy has not yet secured a victory, having raced six times without winning. In his latest race at Tauranga on July 7, 2024, Moldy, ridden by Joe Nishizuka, placed 10th, trailing the winner, She’ll Be Right.
