Modern Dance is a 3-year-old filly trained by Jeon Gyu. She is the offspring of the stallion Modern Cowboy and the mare Funky C. P. A. So far, Modern Dance has not achieved maiden victory, having competed in three races without a win. In her latest race at Seoul on June 22, 2024, she was ridden by Jeong Jeong Hee and came in fourth place, finishing behind the winner.
