Miscreant, a five-year-old mare, was bred in the United States and is trained by Philip Serpe. She is the offspring of stallion Classic Empire and dam Tocco. Miscreant has one career win to her name. Her biggest victory came on March 31, 2023, at Gulfstream Park. Ridden by Javier Castellano, she won the $25,800 Maiden Optional Claiming race, beating out Golden Belief.
