Merit Sunshine is a 3-year-old filly, trained by Shim Tae, and currently unclassified. She is the offspring of the stallion Yeongcheon Ace and the mare Sharp Hope. So far, Merit Sunshine has not achieved a maiden victory, having raced 7 times without a win. In her latest race at Seoul on October 19, 2024, she was ridden by Lee Hyeon Jong and placed 4th, trailing behind the winner.
