Medieval is a 6-year-old female horse from Japan, trained by Ryo Terashima. She is the offspring of the stallion Asia Express and the mare Medjerda. Throughout her career, Medieval has secured one victory. On May 21, 2023, at Niigata, she was ridden by Koji Nishizuka and achieved her biggest win to date, earning a prize of $27,921,598.00 by defeating Fire Dancer.
