Major Sparks is a 7-year-old dark bay or brown gelding from the United States, trained by Richard Estvanko. He is the offspring of the stallion Colonel John and the mare Zipso Facto. Throughout his career, Major Sparks has achieved a single victory. On January 6, 2023, at Tampa Bay Downs, he was ridden by Jose Ferrer and secured his most notable win to date, earning $9,796 in a claiming race and beating Bear Creek.
