Luminous Ruler is a 3-year-old filly from the United States, trained by Michael Simone. She is the offspring of the stallion City Of Light and the mare Queen’s Parade. Throughout her career, Luminous Ruler has achieved one victory. Her most notable win occurred on May 26, 2024, at Monmouth Park, where she was ridden by Paco Lopez and triumphed in a $10,500 Maiden Claiming race, beating Buckin’ Lucky.
